2. Exchange & Returns Policy

Request an exchange or return within 14 days of delivery or collection.

Conditions

  • All tags, accessories, and protective covers must be intact.
  • Proof of purchase (invoice or order ID) is required.

Non-returnable Items

Refunds

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days after inspection.

Free Pick-Up Service

Available in select cities within 2–5 working days of request. Our pickup partner will inspect the product during collection. Once received and verified, exchanges or refunds are processed accordingly.
