Exchange Policy

14-Day Exchange Period: You have the opportunity to exchange your purchased item(s) within 14 days from the date of collection or receipt. This exchange policy allows you to make adjustments to your order to better meet your requirements. Please note that this 14-day period starts from the date of collection or the date of receipt, depending on the method of delivery.

Condition of Items: To be eligible for an exchange, the item(s) you wish to exchange must be in good condition. This means that they should be undamaged, unused, and in their original packaging. If the item(s) show signs of wear, damage, or alteration, we may not be able to process the exchange.

Warranty Exchange: For products covered by a warranty, we offer a one-time warranty exchange. This means that if your item is found to be defective within the warranty period, we will gladly replace it once. Our warranty ensures that you receive a product free from defects in materials and workmanship.

It’s important to note that any exchanges requested under the warranty must also adhere to the condition of the item. If the item has been damaged due to improper use or maintenance, it may not be eligible for warranty exchange.
